About Us

Gecko Bridge is the formalisation of two industry leading visionary people both with the same mantra and drive for greater opportunity, especially for indigenous people.  We are driven by  the opportunity to employ people from all regions and locations and bring new engagement in the expansion of employment opportunities in Western Australia. With a genuine focus to ‘Bridge the Gap’ GECKO-BRIDGE aims to provide employment and long-term job outcomes working across diverse industries.

Greg Bridge is a Gija man from the East Kimberley Region of Western Australia. A well respected and diverse individual, Greg is in high demand for his teaching, mentoring and leadership.  Greg has a strong background and history in training and recruitment in many fields and industries, including security and risk management field.

Sean Cooper has taken Resolute Security Services into a major industry leader with RSS now an award winning company and stand out service provider.  Sean is the founder and creator of RISC, Remote Indigenous Security Caretakers. Having spent the majority of his time in rural and remote Western Australia since 2016, Sean has extensive knowledge of rural and remote resourcing and with Greg Bridge, shares a mantra to provide greater opportunities.

Together Greg and Sean have the energy, drive, enthusiasm, knowledge and experience to develop and bring employment sustainability and greater opportunity to Indigenous people. We aim to open doors to employment roles creating confidence in Indigenous development.

Our aims are based on six values: Accountability, Capacity building, Collaboration, Innovation, Partnerships and, Respect

Accountability – Maintaining levels of integrity to the development of Indigenous people in their future

Capacity Building – To encourage Indigenous people so they have the ability to be self-reliant to their own personal growth to sustaining social and economic opportunities  

Collaboration – We work with industry, government and private stakeholders dedicated to Indigenous and non-Indigenous employment where we all can benefit through engagement. 

Innovation – Encouraging and looking into the new frontier for Indigenous people achieving great benefits in the short and long term

Partnerships – Developing partnerships with organisation to create income capacity for the employment of aboriginal people and sustainability

Respect – The importance to valuing Indigenous history, the contribution of individual, the communities and to acknowledge the role of our Elders

Our Mission

Gecko Bridge’s mission is to source, provide, train, mentor, lead and develop employment roles specialising in rural and remote WA and indigenous engagement.  Through our sourcing, partnerships and innovative approach we aim to create opportunity and provide employment for all people that enhances their skills and quality of life for generations to come.
